Counseling: We’re Here to Help You Heal

I feel overwhelmed and need support to navigate everything I’m going through.

Processing what you’ve been through can take time, and that’s okay. Younity’s Counseling and Support Center for victims of abuse offers confidential, long-term support in a safe space. Whether you need to talk through your emotions, build coping strategies, or find support, we’re here to walk this journey with you. We offer both one-on-one counseling and group sessions, depending on your needs.

Individual Counseling
Our licensed counselors provide personalized, one-on-one support to help you process your experiences, develop coping skills, and work toward healing. These sessions offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore your emotions and find strength.

Group Counseling
Group counseling is a cornerstone of our approach. It provides a supportive environment where you can share experiences with other victim-survivors and receive guidance. Our group atmosphere fosters community and healing, empowering each other through mutual support and empathy.

  • Drop-In Support Groups: These open groups provide a safe and supportive space where you can connect with others, share experiences, and find encouragement on your healing journey. No registration is required—just come when you’re ready.
  • Safe Mothers, Healthy Children: A group designed to help you build healthy relationships and plan for safety for you and your children, offering guidance on navigating challenging situations.
  • Trauma Education and Skills Group: Open to all victim-survivors, this group provides grounding techniques and mindfulness practices to support your healing and empowerment. Registration is required for this group.

You don’t have to go through this alone—let us help you take the next step.
